We have most everything you need. Conforming 30–year, FHA loans, and VA loans, We have types of loans most banks do not offer. Our broker service allows us to lend business loans, private money equity, non-QM loans, DSCR, commercial real estate loans, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.

BUSINESS OWNERS- If you are a business owner, we can arrange an alternate income verification program which can allow you to qualify for a loan even if you’re not eligible for a conventional mortgage. This program considers assets and accounts for income qualifications.

HELOCs / CASH OUT- If you want to take cash out of your house without refinancing the first mortgage, we can offer the best alternative to taking cash out. A HELOC is also known as a Home Equity Line Of Credit. This product is separate from the first mortgage and may allow a client to have credit availability on that loan for up to 10 years.

PURCHASING- If you are purchasing in this market, you already know that the competition is abundant and aggressive. Sellers are expecting a quick transaction and are placing that urgency to you, the borrower. This urgency is LFG’s strongest asset. We have the ability to lock, process and fund a purchase loan in as little as 14 days.

As the market changes, we will quickly change with it. With the increase in rates since the market bottomed out during 2020-21, we are heading towards more of a corrected mortgage industry. Home values and rates are beginning to restore a healthy balance after the recent volatility and ensuring a steadier growth in home values and consumer accessibility to homes.
